My unlimited SIM card stopped working on the second day of arrival. Fortunately/unfortunately I was unwell and didn’t need to use it for a couple of days. When I contacted Tsim, they immediately got into the act and tried to activate it. Unfortunately it didn’t work , so they immediately replaced it with an eSIM. Thank you for activating it immediately. It worked seamlessly after that
The esim was easy to install . Worked well, good coverage as well as speed in France , Switzerland and Germany. Highly recommend
