My unlimited SIM card stopped working on the second day of arrival. Fortunately/unfortunately I was unwell and didn’t need to use it for a couple of days. When I contacted Tsim, they immediately got into the act and tried to activate it. Unfortunately it didn’t work , so they immediately replaced it with an eSIM. Thank you for activating it immediately. It worked seamlessly after that
The eSIM was excellent. It worked exceptionally well as soon as I landed in Christchurch. I am very happy and surely buy the eSIM next time.
Amazing service. I travelled from Frankfurt to Sweden to Estonia and through all three countries there were no difficulties with having access to the internet or calls once I got this eSIM
