When Refunds Are Available
You may request a refund in the following situations:
Unused eSIM or SIM
- The eSIM has not been activated, or
- The physical SIM has not been inserted or used
Service Issues
- Activation fails and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Network issues prevent reasonable usage
- The service does not perform as described
If a genuine service issue cannot be resolved, we will normally offer a refund.
Change of Plans
- Travel cancelled or postponed
- Purchased by mistake
- Service no longer needed before activation
KYC Not Completed
Some SIM services require identity verification (KYC) under telecom regulations.
If you are unable or choose not to complete KYC, you may request a refund.
Partial Refunds
If a service was partially used or worked initially but later failed, we may offer a partial refund or account credit, depending on usage and circumstances.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. In most cases, SIM cards do not need to be returned unless requested by support.
Fair Usage
To protect all customers, refunds may be declined in rare cases involving:
- Repeated misuse of refund requests
- Fully consumed services with no service defect
- Fraudulent or misleading claims
