Activation process
You need to specify an activation date for these cards. No activation on Sundays. Your phone number will be sent to you only after activation. Your validity period begins when the card is activated, due to which we suggest to activate only the day before you travel.
Using the SIM Card
Using the SIM Card for the first time
- Power off your phone
- Insert your new SIM card
- Power on your phone
- Your phone should connect on a GSM/WCDMA/LTE network.
- Dial *100# to check your current balance.
Please also note, using this SIM card to surf Internet or make calls outside Singapore will significantly reduce the data and voice usage capacity, or even cause the SIM card to be suspended.
Coverage
This SIMs work on the Singtel network. Singtel has the widest and most extensive coverage nationwide in Singapore, compared to other cellular operators.
Receiving calls
People in Singapore can just dial your number directly to reach you, for example, 327 818 123; People outside Singapore need to dial +65 plus your number, for example, +65 327 818 123
Calling a mobile number in Singapore
Dial the 8 digit mobile number directly; Singapore mobile numbers start with 8. For example, call number 832332332 directly.
Calling a fixed line number in Singapore
Dial the number directly; Singapore fixed numbers begin with 3 & 8. For example, calling a fixed line number 82345678, dial 82345678
Calling India when in Singapore
Dial “019” + country code + phone number. For example, to call India number 022 24216344, dial “019 91 22 24216344”.

Airtime Top Up
General Singtel airtime can be applied to this SIM card, which means you can either purchase airtime online or other retail channels.
Extension of validity
These cards can be refilled at the telecom operator’s site for an extension of validity. These refills will generally be more expensive than the rates paid to TSIM. However, we are not in a position to aid you in extending the validity of the card.
APN Setting
For most devices, this SIM card does not require any APN configuration to access Internet. iPhones rarely require any APN setting. However, some Android based devices may require you to manually configure their APN in order to access Internet correctly. If you have an Android OS based device, and your phone can make calls and receive texts, but cannot access Internet, please try to configure the APN based on the following instructions:
