Using the SIM Card

Using the SIM Card for the first time
  1. Power on your phone
  2. Insert your new SIM card
  3. Ensure that roaming is turned on your phone.
  4. Your phone should connect on a GSM/WCDMA/LTE network.

Please also note, using this SIM card to surf Internet or make calls outside covered countries will significantly reduce the data and voice usage capacity, or even cause the SIM card to stop functioning.

Receiving calls

People anywhere in the world can dial your Spanish number directly to reach you, for example, +34613212345. This is especially useful for booking cabs, hotels and restaurant reservations.

Making local calls

To make locals calls within Spain use the full international format. E.g. to call a Spain landline number use (for example) +34 123 222 1234.

Calling an international number when in Spain

Dial “+” + country code + phone number. For example, to call India number 022 24216344, dial +91 22 24216344.

Roaming from Spain to Europe

These cards permit you to roam from Spain to most countries in Europe. You can make local calls and and use part of your data allowance. Local calls mean calls to and from any of the countries in roaming coverage.

    I used this on a business trip to Spain and it worked flawlessly. The SIM was activated as soon as I landed in Madrid and I had full access to 5G data/calls wherever I went, according to Speedtest I was getting ~1.4 Gbps over 5G which is very impressive. I had to travel to A Coruña later in the trip where I also got 5G everywhere but with lower but still great speeds. Overall, I am very satisfied with this SIM especially for the price.

    I used Unlimited Spain SIM card in a recent visit to Spain , France and Germany in May 23. The SIM worked well for local as well as calls to India and data in Spain and for data only in the France and Germany. However, I faced some difficulties in activating the SIM in Spain. I was asked for a PIN during activation, which had not been provided to me. Neither any body had told me about the requirement of a PIN at the time of purchase nor it was mentioned in their communications after the purchase. I had to send a mail to Tsim and get the pin to activate the SIM after reaching my hotel in Spain. Otherwise the overall experience was very good

    Convenient and good value for money. A lower priced version with 20 GB data will be even better, as I used only about 5 GB out of 40 GB in 20 days, mainly for map navigation and some whatsapp ( as most whatsapp were sent from WiFi in accommodations)

    I considered using TSIM vs Matrix sim
    The network was stable and data speed great.
    I used the data on the phone for all gmaps / whatapp while I was out of home wifi.
    Only feedback – please provide correct instructions to users to not turn on the sim in the home country before travel – as the card may be blacklisted.

    Answered by the admin We currently do not have a local pickup address in Hyderabad. Although we do have a 24 hour delivery option across all major cities in India.
