People anywhere in the world can dial your Spanish number directly to reach you, for example, +34613212345. This is especially useful for booking cabs, hotels and restaurant reservations.
Making local calls
To make locals calls within Spain use the full international format. E.g. to call a Spain landline number use (for example) +34 123 222 1234.

Dial “+” + country code + phone number. For example, to call India number 022 24216344, dial +91 22 24216344.
Roaming from Spain to Europe
These cards permit you to roam from Spain to most countries in Europe, however you should have a chargeable activity within the Spain ( made a call, sms or used data ) before taking your phone abroad. You can make local calls and and use part of your data allowance. Local calls mean calls to and from any of the countries in roaming coverage.
