Uploading your passport and visa details
After your order you should receive a link by email & SMS to upload your documents. Please upload the front and back pages of your passport and also your visa. If your visa is issued electronically, i.e. there is no visa label stuck on your passport, then please paste the “Visa Grant Notice” into a Word document and upload that. If the document upload link is opened on a smartphone, you can simply take photos of the documents instead of uploading them.
Activation and Validity
You need to specify an activation date for these cards. No activation on Sundays. Your validity period begins when the card is activated, due to which we suggest to activate only the day before you travel.
The SIMs will be valid for 28 – 35 days from the date of activation depending on the SIM Card chosen.
Using the SIM Card for the first time
- Power off your phone
- Insert your new SIM card
- Power on your phone
- Your phone should connect on a GSM/WCDMA/LTE network.
Please complete the above steps only on reaching Australia. Using this SIM card to surf Internet or make calls before reaching Australia will significantly reduce the data and voice usage capacity, or even cause the SIM card to stop functioning.

For most devices, this SIM card does not require any APN configuration to access Internet. iPhones rarely require any APN setting. However, some Android based devices may require you to manually configure their APN in order to access Internet correctly. If you have an Android OS based device, and your phone can make calls and receive texts, but cannot access Internet, please try to configure the APN based on the following instructions:
